Good BYE hard hats, hello tours! Hard hats are no longer required when taking a tour at 1125 Ferry Street. Our lofted units are filling up fast with only a few remaining on the top floor.

The outside of the building is nearly complete with accessible walking areas now going around to the entrance and exit. Nearly all of our units have the finishing in the kitchens and bathrooms! The laundry rooms are almost ready to have the washers and fryers installed with plenty of room for our new tenants to fold and clean laundry.

Construction is coming on in leaps and bounds! Many of our upstairs units now have kitchens, flooring and carpets down and are starting to look like homes. We have started offering tours on the construction site – if you’re interested in seeing your new unit you can set up a tour by calling us at (541) 505-9906

We had the opportunity to view the construction site of 1125 Ferry Street! We are pleased to say that construction is coming along great and the units are looking even better than we hoped. We are down to our last B-2 floor plan available at our rent special price of $1,100 and are excited to have these units filled by move-in for August 15th.
